I would love to try the chicken enchiladas. Taquitos are a little easier to do gluten-free, I think, because they are usually made with corn tortillas. But I haven’t had an enchilada in months, and I haven’t found a gf flour tortilla that I’m really in love with.
Don’t do facebook so I’m ineligible but wanted to say that my kids love the gluten-free enchiladas. Am so happy to have some GF Mexican food options!

I think I would like to try the beef enchiladas since I don’t eat beef very often. My husband is veggie so I don’t make meat very often. These would be nice to have in my freezer for when I come home late and need something to eat. And meat boosts my B-12 levels!

As far as what we would like, probably the traditional taquitos with the beef enchiladas running a close second. We love taquitos but they take so long to make we don’t ever do it. We LOVE Mexican Food so we would probably like these meals.
